Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Tech Pros account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories that were included in the initial shipment.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned hardware, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
